Shipping

All orders are handmade by our Co-Founder, Aubree. So, in the first 3-5 business days from when the order is placed Aubree will be creating your new jewelry. Then, it usually takes about 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped depending on location. 

In summary, it will take approximately 6-10 business days to receive your order.

This timeline varies on the complexity of each piece. 

Yes, all orders are fully insured for peace of mind. We do this to ensure both you and ourselves are protected from issues that arise during shipping. 

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $100, usually cost between $3-$6.

Returns & Exchanges

Notify us of the desired return or exchange within 15 days of delivery by emailing us at hello@frankandgeorgia.com. Then, ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of the delivery date.

The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-15 business days. 

Yes, they are! Just make sure to return your item within 30 days of the delivery date.
