How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are handmade by our Co-Founder, Aubree. So, in the first 5-10 business days from when the order is placed Aubree will be creating your new jewelry. Then, it usually takes about 2-3 business days for orders to be shipped depending on location.
In summary, it will take approximately 5-13 business days to receive your order.
Is my purchase insured for shipping?
Yes, all orders are insured for peace of mind. We do this to ensure both you and ourselves are protected from issues that arise during shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return & refund policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Please, notify us of the desired return or exchange at email@example.com within 15 days of delivery AND ship the items back to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
All returns made within 30 days of the delivery date get free return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-15 business days.

I can't find my ring size. Can you make my size?
Yes! We can make any ring size you might need. If you don't see your ring size listed, then please select any size listed, then type in the "Order Notes" section of your cart what ring size you need.
Do you take custom orders?
